The goal of the Crossfit on Campus program is to teach kids foundational physical movements while having fun, leading them to a lifetime of fitness and health. Active engagement is the foundation of physical education, Crossfit Kids creates a fun learning experience within a success driven and positively competitive environment. Each child is taught to meet challenges at their personal level therefore experiencing the thrill of success every day. Using new and constantly varied movements over the entire duration of the class period (30-40minutes) allows CFK to keep kids interested while building Strength, coordination and agility building the foundation that will help them be successful in any endeavor.
