Crossfit Kids aims to teach foundational movements and muscle recruitment to improve one’s performance in life and in any athletic field.
Crossfit Kids shaved minutes from their swim times this summer over last year.
One Crossfit Kid set three league records after starting Crossfit.
Two Crossfit Kids were named their swim teams’ Most Valuable Swimmer.
Three CrossfitKids were integral parts of bringing their lacrosse teams to win the league and state titles!
One of the most important rules for CrossfitOnCampus is to be positive and encourage your teammates.
Two CrossfitKids were awarded the Homestead Hurricanes Spirit Award given to team members who
show respect to coaches and teammates while improving their own swimming.
All participants from CrossfitOnCampus were excited to try new sports camps and activities this summer because they had learned to move in a safe and strong way and found success on the lacrosse and soccer fields, the golf course, dance studio bike trails, running races and swimming pools.
